14. האחריות לביצוע החלטות המועצה
ראש המועצה יהיה אחראי לכך, שהחלטות המועצה יבוצעו כהלכה; הצריכה ההחלטה הוצאה מכספי המועצה, יהיה ראש המועצה אחראי לכך שההחלטה תבוצע בהתאם לתקציב המאושר ובהתאם להוראות אחרות של צו זה או של כל דין אחר; בהיעדר ראש המועצה יחולו החובות האמורות על סגנו.
