82. התקשרות בחוזים
(א)בכפוף לאמור בסעיף 13 לפקודה רשאי ראש המועצה, על פי החלטת המועצה, להתקשר בחוזה בשם המועצה.
(ב)אין באמור בסעיף קטן (א) כדי לגרוע מהוראות סעיפים 83 עד 86.
