98. חוקי עזר, תקנות, רשיונות והיתרים
תיקון: תשנ״א
חוקי העזר והתקנות האחרות, הרשיונות, ההיתרים והמסמכים האחרים, שהותקנו או ניתנו כדין בידי המועצה הקודמת או רשות מרשויותיה, ימשיכו לחול בתחום המועצה בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הענין, כאילו היא התקינה או נתנה אותם, עד שיפקעו או ישונו על פי האמור בהם או על פי כל חיקוק או עד שהמועצה או רשות מרשויותיה יבטלו או ישנו אותם מכוח כל חיקוק.
