4. דיווח לוועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת
הממונה ימסור לוועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת, אחת לשנה ובמשך ארבע שנים, דיווח לגבי יישומן של תקנות אלה, ובכלל זה לגבי השפעתן על מחירי הדיור ועל רמת החיסכון האנרגטי שהושגה בעקבות יישומן; דיווח ראשון לפי תקנה זו יימסר בתום שנתיים מיום התחילה.
