4. ביטול חוק עותומני שאינו מתישב עם תקנות בית דין
כל הוראה בכל חוק עותומני שאינה מתישבת עם כל תקנת בית דין שהותקנה כחוק יחדל להיות לה תוקף בכל מו״מ משפטי שאותה תקנה חלה עליו.
