8. דין בני משפחתו של חייל נפטר או נעדר
הזכויות הניתנות לחייל לפי הסעיפים 1 עד 6 תהיינה נתונות לגבי בית מגורים של החייל הנפטר או הנעדר לבן המשפחה שהוא בעל זכות לפי סעיף 7(א), ולגבי בית עסק של חייל הנפטר או הנעדר לבן המשפחה שהוא בעל זכות לפי סעיף 7(ב).
