73. העברת זכויות מקרקעין מהרשות למדינה
תיקון: תשס״ג
(א)מקרקעין ששימשו או שהיו מיועדים לשמש להפעלת מסילת ברזל או רכבת, אשר ערב יום התחילה היתה לרשות זכות כלשהי בהם – תהיה הזכות האמורה לקנין המדינה, ביום התחילה.
(ב)כל זכות במקרקעין כאמור בסעיף קטן (א) שתגיע לידי הרשות אחרי יום התחילה, תהיה לקנין המדינה ביום מסירתה לידי הרשות.
