תנאי פקודת הסמים המסוכנים, 1936, עד כמה שהדבר נוגע להחזקה, ייצור, המרה, מכירה, הכנסה לארץ, הוצאה לחו״ל וטרנזיט, יחולו על מתילמורפיון (הידוע ברבים בשם קודאין) ואתילמורפיון (הידוע ברבים בשם דיונין) ומלחיהם, בהתחשב עם ההוראות דלקמן.
