4. שמירת זכרון דברים
במדה שהדבר נוגע לשמירת זכרון דברים, יש לשמור זכרון דברים בפנקס הסמים המסוכנים ביחס לכל פעולות שתעשינה בסמים אלה, בצורה הקבועה בתקנות הסמים המסוכנים, 1936, אלא שהכמויות שחולקו עפ״י רצפטים תרשמנה בפנקס במספר כולל, לכשיאוזן הפנקס בסוף כל חודש.
