19. הושבת הנוסעים
תיקון: תש״ף, תשפ״א־28, תשפ״ב־17
(א)(בוטלה).
(ב)מפעיל אווירי –
(1)ינהל, לגבי כל טיסה, רשימה של הנוסעים בטיסה, הכוללת את שם הנוסע, מספר הדרכון שלו והמושב שבו הושב באותה טיסה;
(2)יעביר לנציג משרד הבריאות כל רשימה כאמור, לפי דרישתו, לשם עריכת חקירה אפידמיולוגית, בתוך שעתיים מקבלת הדרישה.
