5. ביטול הרשאה
תיקון: תשס״ט
רשאי המנהל לאחר שנתן למחסן מורשה הזדמנות לטעון את טענותיו לפניו, לבטל את הרשאתו בהתקיים אחד מאלה:
(1)חדלו להתקיים התנאים הקבועים בתקנה 4;
(2)המחסן המורשה הפר הוראות לפי חוק ההסדרה, פקודת הכלבת, 1934 או תנאי מתנאי ההרשאה;
(3)המחסן המורשה הורשע בעבירה שלדעת המנהל מפאת חומרתה, מהותה או נסיבותיה אין הוא ראוי לשמש כמחסן מורשה.
