8. הודעה ודיווח
מחסן ידווח על כל חיסון וסימון שביצע, בתוך 7 ימים ממועד ביצועו לרופא הווטרינר העירוני של הרשות המקומית שבתחומה מתגורר בעל הכלב; הדיווח ייעשה בהתאם להוראות תקנות ההסדרה.
