4. מסים
מסי הרשיונות ישולמו מראש לפי שער התשלומים המפורט בתוספת השניה לתקנות אלו:
בתנאי שיכול פקיד יערות המוסמך ליתן רשיונות עפ״י תקנה 2 למחול על מסים אלה, כלם או מקצתם, כל מקום שיתברר שאותה מחילה היא ראויה ורצויה בשים לב אל מצבו של המבקש.
