1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשע״ח, תשפ״ה
בתקנות אלה,
”חברה“ – לרבות חברת חוץ, ולעניין חברה לתועלת הציבור – לרבות חברת חוץ לתועלת הציבור כמשמעותה בסעיף 345לג לחוק;
”חיפוש הפוך“ – חיפוש במרשמים כמשמעותם בסעיף 43 לחוק לפי מספר זהותו של אדם לשם קבלת מידע בדבר רשימת החברות, למעט חברות לתועלת הציבור, שלגביהן עודכן במרשמים כאמור שהוא בעל מניות או נושא משרה בהן, או שהיה בעל מניות או נושא משרה בהן, לרבות מידע בדבר תפקידו, מועד סיום כהונתו או מועד סיום החזקתו, לפי העניין.
