על אף האמור בתקנה 4, על הגשת הצעת מיזוג בידי חברה לתועלת הציבור כאמור בסעיף 345טז לחוק, תשולם האגרה הקבועה לעניין זה, בפרט 8א בתוספת, על ידי כל אחת מן החברות המתמזגות.
