4. טפסים
תיקון: 1938
(1)הטפסים שבתוספת השניה לתקנות אלו יהיו הטפסים שישתמשו בהם לגבי שותפויות כלליות או מוגבלות לצרכי הפקודה, והם ישמשו בכל המקרים המתאימים להם, ואפשר יהיה לשנותם ככל אשר יצווה הרשם כדי להתאימם למקרים אחרים.
(2)כל טופס מהטפסים שבתוספת השניה אפשר לקבלו מהרשם.
(3)(בוטלה).
