1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”בחינה“ – בחינה במקצוע בריאות שנקבעה בתקנות הסדרת העיסוק במקצועות הבריאות (סדרי בחינות), התש״ע–2009, הנדרשת לצורך קבלת תעודה במקצוע בריאות, לרבות בחינה חוזרת כאמור בתקנה 15 לתקנות האמורות;
”תקנות האגרות“ – תקנות אגרות בריאות, התשמ״ט–1989.
