3. אגרה בעד בקשה לקבלת תעודה
בעד בקשה לקבלת תעודה במקצוע בריאות לפי סעיף 10 לחוק, תשולם אגרה בסכום כמפורט בפרט 25 לתקנות האגרות; אישור על תשלום האגרה יצורף לבקשה לקבלת תעודה.
