2. אגרות
תיקון: תש״ם, תשמ״ב, [הודעות], תשמ״ט
(א)בעד הרכבת חיסון ורישום בתעודת חיסון בינלאומית תשולם אגרה כמפורט בסעיף 14 בתוספת השניה לתקנות אגרות בריאות, התשמ״ט–1989.
(ב)רופא ממשלתי שמונה לענין תקנה זו רשאי לגבות תשלום מיוחד בעד חומר הרכבה, אם לפי דעתו הנסיבות מצדיקות תשלום כזה.
(ג)הוטלה חובת חיסון בחוק או על פיו, לא יחולו הוראות תקנת משנה (א).
(ד)(בוטלה).
