4. תנאים לשחרור מנמל היבוא
רופא יתיר לשחרר מוצרי כוורת מנמל היבוא אם נתמלאו תנאים אלה:
(1)תנאי הרשיון;
(2)הוא מצא, בבדיקה שערך בהתאם להוראות המנהל, שאינם נושאי מחלה או אינם חשודים כנושאי מחלה העלולה לפגוע בבריאות בעלי החיים בארץ.
