5. תנאים סניטריים להובלת תוצרת
לא יוביל יצואן בעצמו או על ידי אחרים תוצרת אלא בתנאים אלה:
(1)כלי ההובלה המשמשים להובלתה מוחזקים במצב נקי בהתאם להוראות המבקר;
(2)כלי ההובלה הוא בהתאם להוראת המבקר;
(3)הוטענה ופורקה כשהיא מוגנת בפני אבק, מים ושמש.
