12. הודעה לממנה ולאדם מיודע
האפוטרופוס הכללי ישלח לממנה ולאדם מיודע, אם נקבע בייפוי הכוח המתמשך, הודעה בדבר כניסת ייפוי הכוח לתוקף; ההודעה תישלח בדרך שקבע הממנה בייפוי הכוח המתמשך.
