קבלת מידע על הנחיות מקדימות לאפוטרופוס או על מסמך הבעת רצון שהופקדו או קבלת העתק מהם, בידי עורך המסמך, תהיה באופן מקוון או בהתייצבות במשרדי האפוטרופוס הכללי; קבלת מידע כאמור תהיה לאחר שהזדהה.
