5. סודיות
ייפוי כוח מתמשך, הנחיות מקדימות לאפוטרופוס ומסמך הבעת רצון שהופקדו אצל האפוטרופוס הכללי, וכל מידע ומסמך הנוגע להם המצויים אצל האפוטרופוס הכללי, לרבות פרטי המרשם, יישמרו בסוד ולא תימסר כל ידיעה עליהם אלא לפי הוראות כל דין או לפי החלטת בית משפט.
