9. משלוח הודעות
הממנה או עורך המסמך, לפי העניין, יציין בייפוי הכוח המתמשך, בהנחיות המקדימות לאפוטרופוס, או במסמך הבעת הרצון, בהתאמה, את הדרך שבה הוא מעוניין לקבל הודעות מהאפוטרופוס הכללי לפי סעיף 32כא(ב) לחוק, מבין הדרכים האלה:
(1)באמצעות מסרון לטלפון נייד;
(2)בדואר;
(3)בדואר אלקטרוני.
