11. תנאים לריסוס מן האוויר
(א)לא ירסס אדם בקוטלי עשבים מן האויר –
(1)בטיפות שקוטר הנפח התיכון שלהן קטן מ־400 מיקרון;
(2)כשמהירות הרוח מעל לשדה המטופל עולה על 12 ק״מ לשעה והטיסה היא בגובה שלמטה משני מטרים;
(3)כשמהירות הרוח מעל לשדה המטופל עולה על 5 ק״מ לשעה והטיסה היא בגובה העולה על 10 מטרים.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) רשאי המנהל להתיר במקרים מיוחדים ריסוס בתנאים אקלימיים שונים.
