13. היתר
לא יקנה אדם ולא יפעיל קוטלי עשבים המפורטים להלן כשהם במתכון אסטר:
(1)2,4-D
(2)MCPA
(3)טורדון
(להלן – התכשירים), אלא אם ניתן לו היתר בכתב מאת המנהל ובהתאם לתנאיו.
