8. תוקף אישור
(א)תוקף אישור לא יעלה על שלושים יום מיום נתינתו.
(ב)רשאי המנהל להאריך תוקף אישור על פי בקשת מחזיק, שהוגשה באמצעות מפעיל לתקופה שלא תעלה בכל פעם על שלושים יום.
