5. מתן היתר למופע של חיות בר
בלי לגרוע מהאמור בתקנה 4, לא ייתן הממונה היתר למופע של חיות בר שלגביהן נדרש היתר לפי סעיף 8(א)(2) ו־(3) לחוק להגנת חיית הבר, תשט״ו–1955 (להלן – היתר החזקה), אלא אם כן נתקיימו כל אלה:
(1)בידי מבקש ההיתר היתר החזקה בר תוקף;
(2)המופע יתקיים במקום שאושר בהיתר ההחזקה ובהתאם לתנאיו.
