13. דיווח על תמותה חריגה
נמצא בנקודת היעד שאחוז התמותה של העופות שהגיעו במשלוח עולה על 3% ידווח מקבל העופות, בכתב, בתוך עשרים וארבע שעות לממונה; לדיווח יצרף עותק תעודות המשלוח של העופות; ”משלוח“, לעניין תקנה זו – קבוצת עופות שמקורה באותה נקודת מוצא ואשר הובלה בהובלה אחת או בכמה הובלות לאותה נקודת יעד, ובלבד שבוצעה במהלך עשרים וארבע שעות רצופות.
