10. ביטוח נכסים
אם נכסי ההקדש כוללים בתים או בנינים המוחזקים לצרכי ההקדש, יבטח הנאמן את הנכסים האלה כנגד סיכוני טבע ואש וכנגד סיכוני צד שלישי.
