4. חשבון נפרד
(א)נאמן של הקדש יפתח חשבון בבנק על שמו, בציון עובדת היותו נאמן הקדש פלוני; כספים שקיבל הנאמן מכוח תפקידו יפקיד בחשבון זה ככל האפשר בכפוף [צ״ל: בתכוף] לאחר קבלתם, ולא יחזיק כספי הקדש בחשבונו הפרטי.
(ב)חשבון של הקדש שנאמניו התאגדו לפי סעיף 36 לפקודה ישא את שמו של התאגיד.
