7. אסמכתאות
(א)הנאמן יקפיד על קיום אסמכתה לכל הוצאה ותקבול, כולל תרומות.
(ב)פנקסי הקבלות יסומנו במספרים סידוריים שוטפים; העתק הקבלה יישמר בפנקס.
