8. הצמדה
(א)הסכום הנקוב בתקנה 4 יעודכן ב־1 בינואר של כל שנה, בשיעור עליית המדד שפורסם בחודש דצמבר שקדם לו, לעומת המדד שפורסם בחודש דצמבר של השנה שקדמה לה.
(ב)סכום שהשתנה כאמור, יעוגל לשקל החדש השלם הקרוב, וסכום של מחצית השקל החדש יעוגל כלפי מעלה.
