10. חוות דעת לגבי סיווג טובין
שלח המשרד הבין־לאומי לרשם הצעה בדבר סיווג טובין בבקשה הבין־לאומית לפי תקנה 12(1) לתקנות מדריד, רשאי הרשם, לבקשת המבקש או מיזמתו הוא, להעביר למשרד הבין־לאומי חוות דעת לגבי הסיווג המוצע, בתוך שלושה חודשים מתאריך ההודעה בדבר ההצעה.
