17. סימן מסחר בין־לאומי במקום סימן מסחר לאומי
הוחלף רישום סימן מסחר לאומי בסימן מסחר בין־לאומי לפי סעיף 56ט לפקודה, יודיע על כך הרשם למשרד הבין־לאומי בציון פרטים אלה:
(1)מספר הרישום הבין־לאומי הנוגע בדבר;
(2)תאריך ההחלפה, מספר הבקשה ומספר הרישום וכן תאריך דין הקדימה של הרישום הלאומי אשר הוחלף, אם ישנו.
