4. מינוי מפקחים, סוכנים ועובדים
(א)האפוטרופוס רשאי, באישור השר בכתב, למנות מפקחים על נכסי גרמנים ולהעביר לכל אחד מהם כל סמכות מסמכויותיו, חוץ מהסמכות למנות מפקחים. הודעה על מינויו ועל היקף סמכויותיו של כל מפקח תפורסם ברשומות. תוקף המינוי מיום פרסום ההודעה או מתאריך מאוחר יותר שיצויין בהודעה.
(ב)האפוטרופוס רשאי למנות סוכנים להנהלת נכסים מוחזקים בשמו ולקבוע ולשלם את שכר טרחתם.
(ג)האפוטרופוס רשאי למנות פקידים ועובדים אחרים שדינם כדין שאר עובדי המדינה.
