36ב. אגרות לפי תקנות הפעלת מערכת כטב״ם קטן
תיקון: תשפ״ד־2, [הודעות]
(א)המבקש שירות לפי תקנות הפעלת מערכת כטב״ם קטן, ישלם בעת הגשת הבקשה את האגרה שנקבעה לשירות, כמפורט להלן: (הסכומים מתואמים לשנת 2024; הסכומים שבסוגריים נכון לשנת 2026)

(ב)המנהל יחזיר למי שהגיש השגה על תוצאות מבחן ראשוני בידע תעופתי את האגרה ששילם לפי תקנת משנה (א)(4), אם מצא כי השגתו מוצדקת.
