11. סמכויות מפקח
תיקון: תשע״ג
(א)(בוטלה).
(ב)הודיע מפקח בכתב למחזיק הרשיון על ליקוי או על פגם שנתגלה במהלך הבקורת, יתוקן הליקוי או הפגם במהירות האפשרית, אלא אם קיבל מחזיק הרשיון ארכה בכתב לביצוע התיקון מאת המפקח או המנהל.
