29. עדכון מידע תחזוקתי
(א)בעל רישיון יתעד אי־דיוקים, סתירות או חוסר במידע תחזוקתי, שהתגלו אגב ביצוע פעולות בדק, וידווח עליהם לגורם שהוציא את המידע התחזוקתי הנוגע בדבר ולמנהל.
(ב)בעל רישיון יבטיח שהודעה על אי־דיוקים, סתירות או חוסר לגבי מידע תחזוקתי, המגיעה מן הרשות המוסמכת במדינת התכן או הייצור או ממחזיק תעודת סוג, מיצרן, ממפעיל אווירי או מן המנהל, תתועד ותובא לידיעת עובדי מכון הבדק.
