9. בקשה לקבלת הגדר נוסף או לשינוי בהגדר
(א)בעל רישיון, המבקש להכניס שינוי בהגדר שברישיונו או המבקש לקבל הגדר נוסף, יגיש למנהל בקשה על כך בכתב, באופן ובצורה שהורה המנהל, שייכללו בה פרטים כאמור בתקנה 2(א), בשינויים המחויבים; הבקשה תיחתם ביד מנהל מכון הבדק או מי שהוא מינה לכך.
(ב)אישר המנהל את הבקשה, יתוקן הרישיון לפי זה; שינוי או הוספת הגדר לא ייכנסו לתוקפם אלא לאחר תיקון הרישיון.
