10. המועד הקובע
התקבלה החלטה על כינוס אסיפת מחזיקים כאמור בסעיף 35יב1 לחוק, יקבע מזמן אסיפת המחזיקים את המועד הקובע בהחלטה לזימון אסיפת המחזיקים, ובלבד שמועד זה יחול לא פחות משלושה ימי מסחר ולא יותר מארבעה עשר ימים לפני מועד כינוס אסיפת המחזיקים.
