2. הוכחת בעלות
מחזיק לא רשום זכאי להוכיח את בעלותו בתעודת התחייבות לצורך הצבעה באסיפת מחזיקים, בדרך של המצאת אישור למזמן אסיפת המחזיקים מאת חבר הבורסה שאצלו רשומה זכותו לתעודת ההתחייבות, בדבר בעלותו על תעודת ההתחייבות במועד הקובע.
