1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הוועדה“ – ועדת האכיפה המינהלית שמונתה לפי סעיף 52לא לחוק, לרבות מותב של הוועדה;
”חבר הוועדה“ – מי שמונה על ידי שר המשפטים לחבר הוועדה, לפי סעיף 52לב(א)(2) לחוק, ואשר אינו עובד המדינה;
”ישיבה“ – ישיבה של הוועדה או ישיבת מותב;
”מותב“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 52לג לחוק.
