1. הגדרה
בתקנות אלה –
”הפרה“ – הפרה מההפרות המנויות בתוספת החמישית לחוק, בתוספת הראשונה לחוק להשקעות משותפות או בתוספת השנייה לחוק הייעוץ;
”חוקים מסמיכים“ – כל אחד מאלה:
(1)החוק;
(3)חוק הייעוץ;
”סכום העיצום הכספי הקבוע“ – כמפורט בתוספת השישית לחוק, בתוספת השנייה לחוק להשקעות משותפות ובתוספת השלישית לחוק הייעוץ, לפי העניין.
