2. המועד להגשת ההודעה
תיקון: תשע״ו
המועד להגשת ההודעה, אם לא נקבע אחרת בתקנות אלה, הוא בסמוך לאחר שנודע לבעל העניין או לנושא המשרה הבכירה על השינוי, ובכל מקרה לא יאוחר מיום מסחר אחד לאחר מועד האירוע או הענין אשר בקשר אליהם יש להגיש את ההודעה.
