2א. דיווח על עיקר מימון מישות מדינית זרה
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)נתמך שעיקר מקורות המימון שלו, בשנת הכספים האחרונה שלגביה נדרש להגיש דוח כספי היה מתרומות שהתקבלו מישויות מדיניות זרות, יגיש לרשם במועד הדיווח דוח מקוון לפי הנוסח שבתוספת.
(ב)דוח בדבר עיקר מימון מישויות מדיניות זרות יוגש כשהוא חתום לפי תקנה 2(ג).
