8ד. השלמה מאוחרת במבנה ציבור
תיקון: תשפ״ה
(א)תקנות 99 עד 101 לתקנות רישוי בנייה לא יחולו על התקנת מיתקן פוטו־וולטאי כאמור בפרק זה, למעט במבנה ציבור ובתנאי שבהיתר להקמת מבנה הציבור נקבע כי המיתקן הפוטו־וולטאי יותקן בתוך פרק זמן שלא יעלה על שנה ממועד מתן תעודת הגמר.
(ב)בתקנה זו, ”מבנה ציבור“ – מבנה המשמש לצורכי חינוך, רווחה, דת, תרבות או מוסדות קהילתיים.
