4. הארכת תוקף של רישיון
(א)על אף האמור בתקנות 2 ו־3, פקיד רישוי יהיה רשאי להאריך את תוקפו של רישיון שניתן לפי החוק, לתקופה נוספת שלא תעלה על 30 ימים, על סמך בקשה מנומקת מבעל הרישיון.
(ב)פקיד רישוי יהיה רשאי להאריך את תוקפו של רישיון כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) לתקופות נוספות שלא יעלו על 30 ימים כל אחת, ובלבד שסך תקופות ההארכה לפי תקנה זו לא יעלה על 45 ימים.
