3. החלת תקנות בענין משכורת לעובד מושעה
תקנות שירות המדינה (משמעת) (בקשות לשינוי שיעור המשכורת המשתלמת לעובד מושעה), תשל״ח–1978, יחולו על משמעת עובדי הרשויות המקומיות בשינויים אלה:
